About the Facilitators:

Pamela, the founder of Energy and Sound, will be leading the Sensual Sundays workshop. With years of experience in yoga, sound healing, and energy work, Pamela has a unique talent for creating immersive and transformative experiences. Her gentle guidance and deep understanding of the body's energy systems will help you unlock new levels of relaxation and self-awareness. Pamela is dedicated to helping individuals find balance, harmony, and a deeper connection to their sensuality through the power of movement and sound.

Kristina is a YTT 200 certified and trauma-informed yoga teacher, specializing in plus-size yoga and yoga for Black women.

For too long, the world of yoga has lacked representation of individuals of all shapes, sizes, and colors. That's why Kristina created Kurvy Yoga with a vision to empower people like herself, who deserve to feel seen, heard, and celebrated on the mat.
