Hi, I’m Pamela Torea—a Reiki Practitioner, Mindfulness Coach, and Sound Facilitator dedicated to helping you return to your center through energy healing, intentional presence, and personalized meditation.
After years of managing high-pressure projects in the corporate world, I learned that success without inner peace isn’t truly fulfilling. My own healing journey led me to the world of energy work and sound, where I discovered the deep power of slowing down, tuning in, and aligning with something greater than hustle.
Now, I specialize in creating personalized guided meditations and holding restorative spaces where clients can release, recharge, and reconnect with their truth.
